Meet the founder
My name is Barry White, and I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. I graduated from Independence High School in 1991 and have worked in the automotive industry for over 30 years.
Since the age of six, I’ve had a passion for fishing, hunting, and everything that comes with the outdoor lifestyle. That passion led me to start Citiboi Outdoors, built on my love for the outdoors and commitment to teaching others.
Growing up in the Boy Scouts, I learned the importance of always being prepared — a motto I continue to live by today. My goal is to pass that same mindset on to every person I train: “Stay ready, so you don’t have to get ready.” It’s a principle I’ve carried with me since my teenage years.

Tactical Service Pistol (Transfer Only)
Quality service pistol available by appointment. All firearm sales and transfers comply with federal and NC law.
We are a licensed FFL dealer (FFL #: 1-56-119-07-6J-17651). All firearm sales are completed via compliant transfers. The buyer must pass a NICS background check and follow federal, state, and local regulations. We do not ship firearms directly to buyers.
