Legal & Compliance

All firearm transfers and sales are conducted in full compliance with federal and North Carolina state laws.

Buyers must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check before any firearm release.

Firearms will only be transferred to the individual listed on the transfer paperwork. No straw purchases or private sales are conducted.
