Barry White — Founder
Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, I graduated from Independence High School in 1991 and have spent over 30 years in the automotive industry. But my lifelong passions have always been rooted in the outdoors, firearms, hunting, and fishing. From Boy Scouts to adulthood, the motto “Be Prepared” has guided me — and it’s the same lesson I pass on to every student I train.
Our Mission
CitiBoi is more than a business — it’s a movement. Through firearms education, outdoor recreation, and community outreach, we empower people to protect themselves, enjoy nature, and give back to their communities. Whether it’s helping citizens earn their concealed carry permit, selling trusted firearms, or mentoring youth, CitiBoi stands for preparation, responsibility, and community strength.
CitiBoi Outdoors
Built from my love of hunting, fishing, and nature, CitiBoi Outdoors promotes a lifestyle of outdoor adventure and survival skills. From camping trips to teaching preparedness, we bring people closer to the wild side of life.
CitiBoi Foundation
Our nonprofit branch focused on giving back. The CitiBoi Foundation supports community initiatives, youth mentorship, and education programs designed to uplift and strengthen Charlotte’s neighborhoods.
CitiBoi Arms
Our licensed firearms division (FFL) provides citizens with access to firearms, training, and concealed carry certification in accordance with North Carolina law. We focus on safe ownership, education, and preparation for responsible self-defense.
